I commented on some ... I commented on some of the other videos about how bad the instruction is, but this is actually good form, so nice work here. Main thing is he keeps? his elbows in, which prevents irritating the shoulder.

yeah theres lots of ... yeah theres lots of excercises jus lik pushups that can make u muscular. using your own body weight is effective for getting cut? but not big

imo the hardest ... imo the hardest thing? to practice withouit a gym is the chest. all else u can train pretty well from ur own bodyweight

No, plus he didn't ... No, plus he didn't get like? that over night. The average person will only put in 5-10 pounds of muscle each year. So you will be looking at a good few years at a gym to get that big.

im not scott..BUT ... im not scott..BUT you always need to go heavier in weight. once your body adapts and your normal routine gets easy, you always need more resistance. the gym has that.. you most likely do not. invest in a weight? set if you don't already have one.

this is just one ... this is just one way to? do a pushup, but it's like a bench press, you should keep your elbows tucked in to keep stress away from your shoulders
Chances are your ... Chances are your hands are too far forward on the ground, try pulling them back so they're a bit closer to your chest so it takes the pressure off your shoulders and moves it? onto your chest?
Actually, that's ... Actually, that's not? a bad idea. One of the hardest things for me is figuring out when to breathe in or out during the phases of an exercise.
As a Physician Assistant, I have many patients who really need the basics for an exercise plan but are embarassed to go to a trainer. Thanks, Scott, for giving me a resource to sned them to to help make their lives better.
